Good Evening!! :D My dad took a awesome pic when we was in Thailand, We was on a contest and (Is like Hungergames) It was a contest in a village and they have groups after postnumber! :) And The last postnumber hade a brilliant ide they let up ballons! :D Awesome Like it! p.s they have diffrent colors, insted for district they have colors so like District 12 is Blue (The last District) comfusing :)
